Our mission: to educate writers of all abilities in the craft of writing and the marketing of their work.
SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY WRITERS BRANCH
The San Joaquin Valley offers a rich cultural heritage and history as home to a large port city that connects to San Francisco Bay and Sacramento and as an agricultural community.
Our monthly meetings are a mix of guest lecturers from the writing and publishing community and time set aside for our members to discuss their current projects, make announcements and seek help with difficulties.
Meetings are currently held the second Saturday of every month 12:30pm to 2:30pm (with critique sessions afterwards for those interested) at the UOP School of Education building located in Stockton, California.
